The price includes bed linen, end of stay cleaning and heating during the winter months.  Arrival/departure dates are flexible, however during peak weeks a minimum stay of 7 days is required. 
Prices are per property per week, a 25% deposit is required upon booking, followed by the final amount 8 weeks prior to the first day of the holiday along with a €300 security deposit.
