Annual Management Contracts
The majority of our clients find it beneficial to have one of our annual management contracts in place so that we can handle the day to day care of the chalet in their absence. An annual management contract automatically includes our time, all our local phone calls, call outs, paying of invoices on your behalf (a 2% charge per invoice applies), postage and of course our knowledge and expertise. Any services provided by an external source (such as ski guides, laundry service, chimney sweeping, etc) will be invoiced directly by them in addition to our fee.
Some of the benefits of having such a contract are listed below.
* Local point of contact and key holder in case of emergencies.
* Organisation of deliveries of wood, oil or gas as required.
* Turning on and off of all utilities prior to arrival or if the property is to be empty for any period of time.
* Annual/seasonal written report of maintenance issues and any recommended action.
* Organisation of cleaning and maintenance checks as required.
* Regular checking of post and forwarding all correspondence as requested.
* Organisation and booking of everything from childcare to ski guides to restaurants upon request.
* Organisation of annual chimney sweeping, inspection of fire extinguishers and smoke alarms.
* Organisation of laundry collection and delivery after each stay.
* Carrying out any minor maintenance issues or outsourcing if specialist expertise is required.
* Organise maintenance, service and set up of hot tubs, swimming pools and saunas.
These are just an example of what an annual contract may include, we work closely with each client to ensure the contract is tailored to their individual needs, adding or removing services as neccessary. A basic annual management contract for a chalet of over 150 metres squared would start at €3500.
